The double room was nice old with the terrace. The breakfast had a wide range of croissants, slices of fresh bread, and cheese.

We had an amazing stay for two nights.

The hotel was big size, with excellent and amicable staff and stunning location to a near market. We stayed in a double room with a safe, a minibar, and central heating. The breakfast included croissants, bread, and cheese for everyone👍

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was nice, it had good location next to the supermarket, a grocery store and the Grand Canal. The people working in the property were really helpful. Quadruple room we stayed at was vintage with a comfortable bed and plenty of space.

The location is central, not far from San Marco, the central parts of Venice and a quiet residential area. Cannaregio district is worth seeing. The units are functional, silent with spacy bathroom.

Mind-blowing location in a quiet area, super close to vaporetto stops and AMAZING hangout spots. The place was jaw-droppingly clean and full of character, with a fabulous staff and fantastic breakfast. Our triple room with canal view was so spacious and the air conditioning was perfect. We felt at ease with the 24-hour security and enjoyed amenities like the flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free Wi-Fi. The fact that they provided cots and had a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy was an added bonus. We were able to easily explore the city, making it to Piazza San Marco in just a 20-minute walk. our stay was simply incredible.

Clean, family-friendly hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed air-conditioned rooms and excellent staff. The location was magnificent and amazing for walking around a wide canal. And the area was pretty quiet, just next door to San Marco square, stops for the vaporetta, and several restaurants to choose from. The breakfast was savoury and delicious, the check in was simple. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was provided. Everything was really good, I recommend👍

Staff were excellent. I had a quadruple room and it was silent with aircon as well as a stunning view. The location was central, peaceful on quiet canal. Loved the restaurant for lunch.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The hotel's location was perfect - close to the main shopping street but quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff, especially Davide, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more options and larger portions.

The location was great, close to public transportation and convenient for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was provided, it had a good variety of options.

The service at the hotel could definitely be improved. It was difficult to get in touch with the owner and there were times when nobody was available to help.
